Beta chapters will receive advance notice of future plans before the beta period ends. Commercial pricing and broader availability have not yet been finalized.

Our focus during Fall 2026 is validating the platform across additional chapters, learning from real-world usage, and continuing to improve the product.

Beta questions

Is the Fall 2026 beta free?

Yes. Chapters selected for the Fall 2026 beta receive access to the platform at no cost during the beta period.

Who can apply?

Alpha Tau Omega chapters interested in testing the platform in real chapter operations can apply for early access.

How many chapters are being accepted?

We're initially planning to work with a small group of approximately five chapters so we can provide hands-on onboarding and support.

When does the beta begin?

The current target is mid-October 2026.

What does beta access include?

Beta chapters receive access to the complete platform, chapter setup and onboarding, and a direct channel for feedback and feature requests.

Does applying guarantee access?

No. We're intentionally keeping the initial beta small and will select chapters based on fit and our ability to support them effectively.

Can our chapter request a feature?

Yes. Beta chapters can submit feature and workflow requests. Requests will be reviewed as part of the product roadmap, but submission does not guarantee development.
