These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ATO Executive System (the "Service"), operated by Matthew Abraham. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ATO Executive System is currently being tested and refined. During beta and early-access use, features may change, errors may occur, and service availability is not guaranteed.

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for protecting their account credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Authorized Use
Users may only access their own chapter and information they are authorized to view, consistent with their chapter role and the permissions configured for that role.
Chapter Data
Chapters retain ownership of their data. ATO Executive System may process chapter data only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not:
- —Access another chapter's data
- —Bypass permissions
- —Impersonate another user
- —Exploit vulnerabilities
- —Upload malicious code
- —Intentionally disrupt the system
- —Use information obtained through the Service for unauthorized purposes
Decisions Made Using the Platform
ATO Executive System is an administrative tool. It does not provide legal, accounting, financial, academic, disciplinary, or professional advice. Chapter leadership remains responsible for decisions made using the platform.
Termination
ATO Executive System may restrict or suspend accounts when necessary to protect users, chapters, data, or platform security.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
