Matt leads product development and technology for ATO Executive System, from designing and shipping new features to debugging, platform improvements, and technical support. As a member of Iowa State University's Gamma Upsilon Chapter, he built the platform around the operational challenges he experienced firsthand in chapter leadership.
Nate leads sales and outreach, building relationships with ATO chapters and helping executive teams understand how ATO Executive System can improve their chapter operations. He manages outreach, demonstrations, and prospective chapter relationships from initial contact through the decision process.
Lou leads chapter implementation and onboarding for ATO Executive System. As President of Iowa State University's Gamma Upsilon Chapter and an Industrial Engineering student pursuing a Data Science certificate, he combines firsthand chapter leadership experience with a process and data-focused perspective to help new executive teams successfully adopt the platform.

As Vice President of Alpha Tau Omega's Gamma Upsilon chapter at Iowa State University, Matt Abraham experienced the operational challenges chapter leaders face firsthand: attendance tracked in spreadsheets, recruitment information scattered across tools, limited visibility into officer responsibilities, and important knowledge lost during leadership transitions.
He created ATO Executive System to solve those problems. Today, the platform is actively used by Gamma Upsilon to centralize chapter operations and give officers a clearer, more consistent way to manage their responsibilities.
This is not a hypothetical product. It is currently supporting the day-to-day operations of a 160+ member chapter.
