Chapter Data Ownership
Chapter data remains the chapter's data. ATO Executive System does not claim ownership of any information a chapter or its members submit to the platform.
Access to a chapter's data is restricted through authenticated accounts and role-based permissions. Users should only submit information they are authorized to provide on behalf of their chapter.
Children's Privacy
ATO Executive System is intended for use by college fraternity chapter members and officers and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the platform. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by the platform.
