Yes. Chapters joining during the Fall 2026 early access period get full platform access at no cost.
When does paid pricing start?
Chapter-wide paid pricing begins Spring 2027. Chapters using the free Fall 2026 beta will be notified before any pricing takes effect.
When does the Fall 2026 beta actually start?
Applications are open now. The beta itself begins in mid-October 2026.
How many chapters are being selected?
We're selecting a small number of chapters — around 5 — to keep the beta group manageable. Applying doesn't guarantee a spot.
Is pricing per member?
No. Pricing is chapter-wide.
Are all features included?
Yes. Both the free beta and the Spring 2027 Chapter Plan include the complete core ATO Executive System platform.
Is onboarding included?
Yes. Chapter setup and onboarding are included at every stage.
Can we customize our officer positions?
Yes. Chapters can configure their officer structure and role-based permissions.
What is the Founding Chapter rate?
Chapters that join during the Fall 2026 free beta are eligible for a discounted rate once Spring 2027 paid pricing begins, as thanks for early usage and feedback.
What counts as a custom feature?
A new workflow, tool, report, module, or functionality that isn't already included in ATO Executive System.
How much does custom development cost?
Custom development starts at $250, with final pricing based on scope and complexity.
What if the platform already solves our problem?
We'll identify that before recommending custom development. Chapters shouldn't pay for custom work when existing functionality already solves the problem.
